Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support users in an ever-changing, active environment. We encourage candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization to apply to this Help Desk Analyst position. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the London, Ontario area and is a full-time opportunity.

- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally


- 1+ years of prior experience in an IT support role
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- MS Windows 10 experience
- Proficiency in mobile device support (Apple, Android, etc)
- Foundational knowledge in basic network and security troubleshooting and concepts
- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
