HiMama is looking for that proven revenue leader that has a passion for teaching and building people’s careers. As Head of Revenue Enablement, you will be central to driving sales for our rapidly growing company. Working closely with the VP, Sales and Director, Customer Success & Revenue Operations, the Head of Revenue Enablement will have a wide span of control over the team and focus on improving the efficiency of all revenue-generating roles.
We aren’t looking for the traditional enablement profile to join our team. We are looking for a seasoned sales leader that wants to build a world-class enablement machine from scratch. As part of the Sales team, this role provides the tools, assets, resources, and training to the sales team in order to improve efficiency and success. You are required to interact heavily with the Sales team to determine what gaps in available resources exist, the Marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the company vision, and the Operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for the sales team. Finally, you will look to make an impact on the world beyond dollars and cents–working with a social enterprise, you will personally have the opportunity to improve outcomes for tens of thousands of children in Canada, the U.S. and abroad.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own two (2) key metrics. Win/Close Rates and Rep Ramp Time—and relentlessly seek to improve them month-over-month.
  • Liaise with leaders and reps across sales, marketing, and operations teams to find gaps in resources and training.
  • Build a sales on-boarding/bootcamp from scratch to decrease ramp time.
  • Conduct certification-based training and provide on-going coaching via the sales leaders.
  • Own the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process.
  • Establish metrics of success of programs and work with Revenue Operations to build dashboards to measure performance.
  • Help the sales leaders on areas to coach and manage performance through data.
  • Create and maintain HiMama’s sales playbook and iterate on a monthly basis.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to identify necessary sales support resources (customer stories, marketing collateral, proposal templates, competitive intelligence, etc.) that will help push opportunities and deals forward.
  • Assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process.

What We'd Love You To Have

  • Experience with high-velocity, transactional SaaS sales.
  • Minimum, 3-5 years sales leadership experience as a successful mentor/coach and people manager.
  • Content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle.
  • The ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies.
  • Very strong analytical skills - ability to dissect data and uncover inefficiencies in the revenue process and execute a plan to remedy.
  • Advanced experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, and Gong/ and a successful track record of evaluating and implementing new solutions.
