Compensation: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Do you have at least 3 years? experience in a creative design role and thrive in a fast-paced, agency-like environment? Do you consider yourself someone with the aptitude to help the creative vision come to life from conception to execution? If so, our client in Toronto (North York) is looking for a Creative Designer to join their expanding team! Working closely with the copywriter, product team, and account executives, use your expertise in design to create layouts with strong typography (making appropriate use of fonts, colour, images, etc.), and knowledge troubleshooting technical issues (e.g., digital media vs. print) to make a difference in this amazing new opportunity! Job Requirements
Responsibilities of the Creative Designer include, but are not limited to: - Taking a leadership stance during support meetings for internal and external clients, and ensuring quality components are delivered within project parameters, timelines, and budget - Ensuring industry best practices are followed, and kept up to date within the team - Coordinating external freelance work and conducting quality checks before presenting the final product to the client - Managing in-country events and all necessary components such as the A/V, venue, menu selection, and promotional items - Creating top of the line designs and ideas for digital and print services for clients - Providing extra support as directed by the Head, ICS G Qualifications of the Creative Designer include: - Prior experience (minimum 3 years) with print and digital design with a 60/40 print to digital ratio - Time management and prioritization skills as this role can range and work on multiple projects at a time - Excellent use of InDesign, Excel, and Outlook - UX/UI programming skills - Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills - Capable of working independently, and as part of a team, while being versatile enough to adjust with the changing needs of the business *All interested candidates should send their resume directly to Kylie McLeod, Division Director at The Creative Group ([Click Here to Email Your Resume]) with the subject line: Creative Lead to be considered.
