Robert Half Finance is looking for a remarkable Financial Analyst on behalf of a fast-growing Manufacturing company. In this Financial Analyst position, you will be tasked with analyzing , sales, variable overhead, freight, and Prepare operational reports. You will also be responsible for advising management on the distribution of resources to best complete objectives and preparing reports for management. You will focus on areas like inventory reconciliations and analysis.

In this Financial Analyst position, you will also assist with operationalizing and cultivating a more data-driven planning process and improved monthly and quarterly reporting. In this role, you will be directly involved in the coordination of various planning cycles while providing analyses and recommendations. You will provide variance analysis of purchase price, material usages, overheads and clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting the models to reflect operational adjustments.

This Financial Analyst role, which is located in the Hamilton, Ontario, is a full-time employment opportunity.

About You:

* Business or Accounting degree; and one of CPA , ACCA, MBA, MFIN
* 3 or more years experience of financial analysis skills;
* Expert Level excel skills; including be able to manipulate large amounts of data
* Experience working with a global manufacturing company is highly desirable.
