Education: - Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: - Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required (external or internal)
Skills: - Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate data entry skills [35 wpm ]
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual (French and English)
