Position Summary
Responsible for providing customer satisfaction by efficiently dispatching qualified service requests to the proper technician(s) through determining factors such as location and account specific requirements. Prioritize jobs in each of the technician's area through independent decision making on which work is most important and then dispatch direction accordingly to that technician. Adapt to work priority changes throughout technician(s) shift

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effectively utilize customer service skills, technical abilities and ADT resources to deliver best in class service to our internal/external customers.
  • Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Assigns the next job ticket to the service technician.
  • Clears and bills job tickets for service technician.
  • Places systems on test and views signals for the service technician.
  • Notifies the Area Coordinator if a service technician cannot complete the job ticket as assigned; or a service technician requests more work to be assigned.
  • Creates customer for life at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • **Must be able to work evenings and weekends**

Requirements

Education:
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience required (external or internal)
Skills:
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills [35 wpm ]
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
