*Prepare and review financial reports
*Act as the accounting liaison for M&A

Job Requirements
Requirements
*CPA/CFA/CBV designation
*10 years of relevant experience
*Experience with IRFS & SEC
*Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
