We are currently looking for a Client Manager Canada to join our Customer Success Management team based in Montreal. 

The Client Director leads a team and manages a portfolio of strategic clients. He / she defines the strategy and approach of the market and focuses on the retention of existing customers. This includes communicating the value proposition of our client, identifying new development opportunities on these accounts and ensuring its satisfaction on a daily basis.

Job Description


  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to develop the key accounts client portfolio
  • Develop action plans in cooperation with sales and operation teams and mobilize our partners to achieve business objectives (upselling)
  • Cultivate the relationship with our major customers accounts to exceed their expectations, establish long-term relationships of trust and ensure their high satisfaction
  • Prepare and animate the strategic governance of key accounts
  • Follow the P & L of their accounts and develop the Forecast
  • Organize adequate training and coach members of The Service Manager and Client Service Director Team
  • Ensures proper execution and optimizes the tasks of the Service Manager team to achieve team and individual goals, by working withperformance metrics
  • Networkerat our customers and attending conferences and trade shows pert inents
  • Participate proactively in CoDir
  • Be the voice of the customer within the company


We are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in the IT sector (knowledge of outsourcing is an asset)
  • Experience in the management of Team
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Bilingual French / English
