Demand Generation Manager

Statflo provides a leading sales acceleration platform for wireless retailers that are currently deployed in over 125 wireless retailers across North America. Statflos proprietary platform enables an organization to directly increase conversation workflow, build more authentic relationships, drive increased in-store appointments, and increase sales and ROI entirely. Statflo is based in downtown Toronto overlooking the water with 42 full-time employees. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will work directly under the CEO and built out the Demand Generation role from scratch.

What we do:

  • We engage retail staff by gamifying their day to day experience - making it easy for them to hit their goals and stay more engaged at work
  • We enable stores to stay in touch with local prospects and past customers using messaging or phone, so they can provide a more personal experience than a call center and foster a path to the right purchase
  • Train and motivate retail teams to improve their culture and hold people accountable to provide amazing customer service, every time

  • Millions of customers of wireless carriers and technology retailers want a better customer experience that is personal, proactive and consistent
  • Retailers that dont provide the best experience are dying - only 1 in 4 customers will come back to the same store - so they need to improve their service to stay relevant
  • We drive 2-4 additional transactions per day, per store (verified using real transaction data), and help stores nurture hundreds of relationships a month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan strategies and execute growth tactics to improve conversion rates.
  • Lead and optimize our full range of customer acquisition channels.
  • Discover and develop new, high-volume growth channels for Statflo.
  • Be a master of analytics tracking and reporting; understand and report on how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and revenue.
  • Generate detailed weekly performance reports and forecasts, with credible insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Use automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Partner closely with product marketing and creative teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns.
  • Build the strategy for increasing lead volume in 2019 and beyond to meet our revenue goals
  • Build out a demand generation strategy for Statflo and Implement new conversion tactics based on your strategy
  • Work with the sales team to fine-tune or upgrade existing initiatives to drive leads
  • Analyze the performance of major initiatives to determine whether they are a success, need to be adjusted, or should be scrapped
  • Work in partnership with our ops team to track performance for marketing OKRs and specific campaign performance

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Highly competent in using SEO, SEM, CRO,
  • Rock solid skills in social, analytics tools & online acquisition
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, e-mail campaigns)
  • Hands-on experience building, running and optimizing campaigns and tactics geared at B2B customer acquisition.
  • Excellent at producing and editing written content for a variety of marketing materials (blogs, webinars, website, case-studies, e-mails etc.)
  • Experience driving high-scale customer acquisition in B2B SaaS
  • A hands-on growth expert that thrives on experimenting with new acquisition channels, as well as testing and optimizing
  • Capable of both developing acquisition strategy and executing campaigns or tactics
  • Have a firm understanding of how marketing creates demand to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to develop campaigns to drive leads and funnel conversions
  • Market awareness to quickly adopt new & emerging tactics for success
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with marketing data tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot
  • Desire & ability to be constantly learning, as evidenced by past experiences you can tell us about
  • Degree or diploma in business/marketing/economics or related discipline
