In this Database Developer position, you will work closely with a team of software developers in a conveniently located Burnaby office. They need someone like you, who can bring handle their various data sources coming from their point-of-sales systems, inventory systems and financial systems (to name a few!)

[ TECH STACK ]

The list of projects is long, and you will have plenty to tackle. The projects touch all facets of the technology organization, including business software applications, IT infrastructure, and support staff. The company is generally a Microsoft-centric shop, including their ERP software (MS Dynamics AX) and their database technology (mainly MS SQL Server and MS Azure SQL)

Requirements

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

Here are some of the items that you'll bring to the table for this role:

[-] You are an experienced database developer and administrator with five or more years of experience
[-] You are fluent in Microsoft’s database technology stack, and have experience using MS SQL Server, MS SQL Server Reporting Services
[-] Ideally you have also worked with MS Azure SQL and MS Power BI
[-] You have experience with enterprise business systems and ERP systems focused on retail, supply chain or inventory management (or all of the above!)

[-] Preference will be given to candidates who are currently in Vancouver with proper working permission to work in Canada
