This position is full-time, 40 hours a week. Schedules may vary from time to time according to the needs of the company.

Salary: $ 40K, negotiable according to the experience of the candidate

Responsibilities:
• Create, implement and evaluate customer service and sales processes;
• Train, coach and support the customer service team;
• Evaluate the performance of team specialists;
• Be the main link between the team and other departments;
• Analyze and report customer complaints;
• Coordinate the cross-selling strategy;
• Find solutions to reduce customer complaints;
• Perform customer follow-up with production and logistics teams as needed.


Requirements:
• DEC. in management or certificate in management;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service;
• Perfectly bilingual written and spoken (English and French);
• Experience in training or supervision of staff is an asset.


Required:
• Excellent communication skills;
• Open-minded with great social skills, oriented towards teamwork;
• Effective in time management and able to work calmly under pressure;
• Capable of working in an ever-changing environment that offers opportunities for growth and evolution;
• Customer-oriented and attention to detail;
• Comfortable with computer tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office;
• Positive, motivated and passionate about the area of customer service;
