Très fort avec Internet, la dactylographie et les systèmes.

Ils répondront aux appels téléphoniques concernant les produits (50%) et les autres (50%) en ce qui concerne la logistique, le service clientèle, les problèmes et les garanties. 6 semaines de formation pour le poste.

Si vous êtes un travailleur des centres d’appel, vous maîtrisez bien l’informatique et connaissez Internet de fond en comble, je voudrais vous rencontrer! Si vous êtes stimulé par un environnement dynamique, mon client pourrait être l’opportunité que vous attendiez.
Que vas tu faire:
• Offrir une aide aux clients pour parcourir leur catalogue de produits et résoudre les problèmes liés au traitement des commandes par téléphone et par courrier électronique (aucune vente!).
• Naviguer dans plusieurs applications informatiques rapidement et avec précision
• Exécution de tâches sous supervision limitée avec une marge d'initiative et un jugement indépendant

SCHEDULE IS VERY VERY FLEXIBLE (ANYTIME OF THE WEEK OR WEEKEND), everything works for my client as long as the person respects the same shift.

$ 18.55 / hour-$ 22 / hr
Two weeks of vacation but could be three if the person has experience. + 3 personal days

They will answer phone calls about products (50%) and others (50%) with logistics, customer service, issues and warranties. 6 weeks of training for the position.

What you will do:
• Offer help to customers for browsing through their product catalog and troubleshooting telephone and email order processing (no sales!)
• Navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately
• Execution of tasks under limited supervision with a margin of initiative and independent judgment
Job Requirements
• Minimum de deux ans d’expérience de travail dans un centre d’appel (appels et courriels)
• Bilingue: anglais et français avec d’excellentes compétences en communication, notamment écrite et verbale
• Solides compétences/expérience en informatique (40+ mots par minute). Excellente aptitude de recherche en ligne
• Aucune connaissance en sports motorisés requise!
