Sensibill is lighting up the FinTech industry with mobile solutions that are changing the way people interact with their purchases and enabling corporations to make critical insights. Were looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who is passionate about the FinTech and Financial Services industries and wants to make an impact.

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead Sensibills strategy for ensuring our Receipts solution is a success from launch and through its lifetime. To do this, youll be working closely with our clients on their marketing efforts. Youll also be building out the Sensibill Marketing Playbook, consisting of best practices, messaging matrices, campaign templates, and more. The Marketing Playbook will be shared with clients when they onboard. The role requires extensive knowledge of how financial institutions market to their customers, the way in which they prioritize products such as Receipts and the challenges they face when executing marketing campaigns. The Customer Marketing Manager will be working directly with the companys Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. As our Customer Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and execute the Sensibill B2B2C marketing strategy for current and future clients in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Client Success team
  • Using digital marketing (website, social, SEM, SEO, email, and mobile), internal/branch communications, and traditional marketing such as print, tv, and radio ads, you will collaborate with clients to create a strategic marketing plan for the lifetime of Receipts tailored to the FIs unique target market
  • Work with external vendors and internal team members as necessary to create marketing collateral including but not limited to: demo videos, website copy, social post copy, email copy, in-branch signage, mobile prompts, etc.
  • Educate the FIs marketing team on Receipt functionality through performing demos, sharing product documentation, FAQs, Receipt personas, and use cases
  • Understand the FIs marketing team in depth their goals, how they determine ROI, the budget they have available, and additional items outside of Receipts on their roadmap
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing playbook designed to provide FIs with marketing best practices, effective channels, messaging matrices, and sample/templated campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the campaign-specific engagement of end users and reporting results back to clients
  • Collaborate with the FIs marketing team in order to get additional metrics such as open rates, click rates, etc.
  • Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand key stakeholders, monitor account health, and to prepare quarterly business reviews

Now about you:

  • BA or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of proven marketing experience in the B2C or B2B2C space
  • Experience in marketing for FIs and/or marketing through an intermediary
  • Deep understanding of mobile and digital marketing
  • Excellent account management and customer service skills and truly enjoy connecting with others, building relationships and delivering a white glove experience
  • Thrive in environments where you carve your own path
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver

From there, those that exhibit a high potential to be successful in our environment will have an opportunity to demonstrate their technical capabilities and then talk shop with the Marketing Team.
