Classification: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: DOE

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator for one of our Client in a Healthcare Industry. An ideal Customer Care Coordinator needs to be reliable, detail oriented, customer focused, with excellent computer skills.


Your duties as a Customer Care Coordinator, would be but not limited to:


* Responsible for the Inventory Management and for Coordinating payments
* Review medical device and manage returns of rental devices
* Coordinate distribution on product to patients
* Responsible for all the data entries and patient profiles
* Work with doctor's offices and clinics to procure patient's information

Job Requirements
* Spontaneous and independent thinker
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and command over English
* Ability to audit and craft reports about critical accounts
* Be able to deal with customer inquiries and issues independently.
* Well versed with company’s rules and regulations,
* Polite and patient, excellent with time management as well as phone skills
* Must be able to deal with customers in utmost courteous and professional way
* Best to have:
* Experience with Salesforce, Quickbooks, G Suite
* Bilingual (French)
