If you are a self-starter with strong technical understanding and excellent communication and social skills, this Business Analyst position may be for you. We are currently recruiting for an exceptional individual who looks to define and implement solutions, while being able to adapt to changing priorities. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for utilizing your effective business analysis skills for the advancement of business productivity and system optimization. MUST HAVES:
- 5 + years proven working experience within Information Technology as a Business Analyst
- Extensive working success of business and system analysis along with advanced capabilities of Business Process Management (BPM), modeling tools, and process/workflow mapping.
- Strong working ability in problem solving, requirements/information gathering, , and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical abilities, proactive and takes initiative. Thinks creatively. Drives projects to completion. Insists on highest level of quality.
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or related field from a recognized post-secondary institute is required.
NICE TO HAVE:
- BA Certification and/or CBAP designation is preferred
- Familiarity and knowledge of BABOK is considered an asset
- Solid delegation and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mind set and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to establish partnerships with people and to inspire them to become fully knowledgeable. An outgoing, sociable and supportive personality that is and committed to understanding and growing corporate culture.
