***1 YEAR MAT-LEAVE CONTRACT...Talentcor Toronto is currently recruiting for a Corporate Property/Leasing Administrator for one of our property clients. The role reports to the Corporate Program Manager and Senior VP and this is to cover a 1 year mat-leave. . Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm. Location is near Dixon and 427. Salary is $$55K - 60K.

The preferred candidate should have experience in leasing and property management with exceptional writing and strong computer skills.
• Day to day assistance to the Senior Vice-President and the Corporate Project Manager
• Assist in the preparation of leasing documentation and related day to day correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate, maintain and input information into the company's database including enhancements and modifications to the software design as required.
• Assistance in the writing and updating of the company's policies, procedures and forms.
• Preparation of tenant files; tenant rent summaries; tenant welcome packages and assistance in administration of commission invoices and any other leasing related invoices.
• Assemble and update various reports including lease document tracking, property tax assessment and appeal tracking and maintaining land holding data.
• Maintain lease precedent, expansion options, space plan, leasing and parking lot binders.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications: • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Advanced Microsoft Office Professional knowledge (Word, Excel, Access) • Strong organization skills and proven attention to detail • Post secondary education or industry related courses • Minimum 3 years experience in lease document preparation • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm and a positive, proactive attitude
