Role Overview:
As the CPFR Analyst, you will enhance the relationship and long term reputation of the company within the customer through effective collaboration on customer supply chain and replenishment activity, executed to ensure mutually agreed to KPI targets are met for in stocks, inventory, and forecast at store and Distribution Center level. 
Responsibilities:
The CPFR Analyst will liaise with key company members & sales teams providing maximum service while supporting and leading collaborative meetings between the customer, sales, and supply chain
  • Communicates on daily/weekly basis with customer and account managers to ensure alignment
  • Proactively recommends strategies and executes agreed to plans with Customer to prevent future in stock and inventory issues
  • Identifies issues and maximizes data availability (SAP, Customer Systems such as Retail Link, HD LINK, TopShelf, JDA) to make recommendations that will benefit customers
  • Maintains, investigates and communicates on In stocks and Inventory levels aligning with Customer KPI’s
  • Conducts analysis to identify root cause of warehouse and retail inventory and in stock issues and makes recommendations for resolution to Customer
  • Monitors customer Forecasts and Inventory using CPFR Processes at Store and Warehouse level
  • Continuously reviews customer data, analyzes activity, and identifies actionable trends to meet inventory and in stock targets
  • Leads regular Customer meetings with appropriate contacts to present data, challenge assumptions and provide support for recommended resolution using customer data
  • Under the direction of the Sales Planning Manager, manages Incremental Promotional Activity Communication and Plan Execution while liaising with Sales & Trade Marketing to gather data and generate demand plan for execution of promotional activity and events at Store level
  • Acts as primary contact point for event planning as well as base forecasting for the customer
  • Provides recommendations to Account team and collaborates to reach agreement of process improvements
Job


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, finance or related field
  • 2 – 3 years analytical experience in a CPFR and/or customer facing supply chain role
  • Broad familiarity with sales information, sales data systems, applications and technologies, as well as marketing information, marketing information systems and applications and technologies, supply chain processes and systems, and CPFR applications
  • Sales information understanding, marketing information understanding, and supply chain understanding
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Access) with superior analytical skills, detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
