Real Estate Webmasters is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team! We are seeking an outgoing, well-spoken individual who can connect with clients and transform meaningful client experiences into sales.

At REW, our sales inquiries are submitted online and over the telephone. As a Business Development Manager, you will be proactively engaging current clients and attracting new sales opportunities. It is important to maximize each client interaction by establishing good rapport and building strong relationships. No two clients needs are exactly the same. You will need to be able to adapt to these specific customer needs as well as listen closely to their requests and find the proper solution for them.

Our team is a great one to be a part of! We celebrate each others successes and are always available to help, but there is also a great deal of individual work involved in this position. You will be expected to self-direct your work day, making sure to stay on top of commitments to clients. Time-management and organizational skills are vital to your success in this position. You will also need to be adept at communicating with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

Requirements for this position include:

  • Well-refined organizational skills, self-starter
  • Ability to learn a wide spectrum of product knowledge
  • Willing to learn and be trained
  • Easily adaptable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working with a team and also independently with minimal supervision
  • Salesforce experience (asset)
