Classification: Account Manager

Compensation: $70000.00 to $90000.00 yearly

• Proactively identify and connect with relevant business owners, well-networked strategic partners and industry professionals with the intent of generating qualified leads
• Leverage phone calls, emails, and other appropriate channels of communication to contact and cultivate new relationships and persuade C-Level executives within multi-unit operators or real estate development to meet with our leadership team
• Generate contacts/leads and identify quality deals that meet the criteria for brand product integrity, financial return and probability of closing
• Maintain sales tracking reports and prepare monthly updates
• Develop departmental strategic goals and track and evaluate all metrics necessary to measure the success of the lead generation program’s department performance
• Oversee franchise development compliance regarding best business practices and adherence to federal franchise regulations; Stay current with franchise laws and regulations
Job Requirements
• Undergraduate degree required
• 2+ years of franchising experience
• 2+ years of franchising sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the franchise industry
• Experience in a high growth business development role or franchising preferred
• Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Ability to work with and present to Senior Management, Investors, Key Stake Holders and Franchisees
• Innovative and strategic thinker with strong analytical, logical structuring and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage and collaborate with others to deliver results
• Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
