Under supervision of the Manager, Client Service Billing this position will be responsible for accurately producing Client invoices and assisting with backup generation.

The successful candidate must be able to function independently as well as in a team environment. Individual and collective success depends on an ability to adapt to rapidly changing programs or project requirements.

Client Invoicing:
  • Interpret approved contract terms and conditions and build commercial terms into the system to ensure accurate billing
  • Key and generate invoices based on information from Billing Specialist for various programs
  • Prepare Client invoices and back up timely and accurately for review by Billing Specialist
  • Maintain detailed Client billing files
  • Monitor program billing rates on a regular basis as required
  • Validate contract pricing in billing system and update fee structure as appropriate
  • Support team during the month with other requests related to Program billing
  • Assist other team members with backup preparation, and posting to Client portals if applicable
  • Support Finance Team wide process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work with multiple teams across the organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices and principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
