We are currently looking for a Bilingual Vehicle Distribution Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

This role will be responsible to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained in addressing all vehicle distribution/sales-related inquiries.

Job Functions:

  • Investigates and provides timely resolution to all Dealers and Regional Distribution Inquiries including vehicle ordering, vehicle tracking and movement, allocation processes and dealer trades
  • Forecast and propose monthly regional and national wholesale targets based on an analysis of compound inventory levels and inventory in-transit
  • Responsible for the daily wholesale release of Nissan Canada Inc. inventory to dealers in order to achieve monthly wholesale targets
  • Analyze daily reports, investigate unusual movement and/or non-movement of vehicles from factories and compound to dealerships
  • Monitor national inventory levels to ensure aged product is identified and wholesaled in a timely manner to reduce carrying costs
  • Generate ad hoc reporting addressing inventory level issues; aged units at factory, regional tagging of unsold inventory, transport damage repair progress, etc.
  • Assists in the development and enforcement of Regional Distribution policies and procedures
  • Special projects as required

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • University or College degree is required, preferably in Economics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
  • Must be fluently Bilingual (French/English)
  • 3 years Customer Service experience and working with data analytics, forecasting and reporting.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot tables) and proficiency in learning new systems. (Ability to build Excel tables and use Macros would be an asset)
  • Strong communication and cross functional skills to build relationships with both internal and external user groups
  • Very solid attention to detail, initiative, logical reasoning and problem solving skills required
  • Good decision making skills with the ability to impact the company in a positive manner
