Talentcor is currently recruiting for Bilingual Registered Nurse positions to work in the province of Quebec or Ottawa area. We are seeking an bilingual Registered Nurse with experience in Wound care/Vascular access to join our Clinical Teaching Team.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the 3M Medical Solutions Division team to provide clinical support and training to front line healthcare providers (i.e. Nurses, physicians, ET, RT) during evaluations, trials and/or implementation of products for skin antisepsis, wound care, compression, skin integrity and vascular access.


Basic Minimum Requirements:


Must be bilingual
 Experienced Registered Nurse.
 In good standing with your Provincial College of Nurses 
Wound care/ET experience is preferred
Must have strong communication skills
A valid driver's license is required with access to your own vehicle.
 Must be able to use computer (will be provided) with experience in basic excel, Microsoft word, outlook, sharepoint, skype.
 Must have access to own printer and cell phone.
Available a minimum of 7 weekday days per month (preferably consecutive days). Self schedule flexibility.
 Assignments may be local or require travel, which will involve overnight stays, and minimal weekends. Travel up to 80% depending on location of residence.
Hours are typically 8 hours shifts which may include: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9pm-5pm or 1pm-9pm Monday to Friday
 Ability to attend product education and training sessions and demonstrate full product knowledge. 
Manage travel and accommodation reservations. 


Other qualifications :


Previous clinical teaching and experience with medical products is an asset

Candidates must have strong self-motivation and time management ability.
Advanced wound care experience is preferred
ET/WOCN designation an asset
IIWCC, Wounds Canada L-Series and asset
Knowledge of CVAA/INS Guidelines and Standards, Wounds Canada Best Practice Guidelines is an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as there is a significant educational component to the role
