We are currently looking for a Bilingual Quality Management Analyst to join our team in Brampton, ON

This role will be responsible for utilizing computer-based systems to categorize, monitor, track and report Quality and/or Warranty complaints for TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction). They will work with other functions, departments to ensure necessary documents/data are in place to assist managers, engineers and analysts in meeting required actions. In addition, provides leadership in the implementation of new systems and dashboards.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Identify the key product quality issues by utilizing data from multiple sources and creating meaningful visualizations for quality & the research and development functions.
  • Work alongside data stewards and data scientist to ensure quality data, quality reporting, in order to deliver actionable insights
  • Develop tableau reports from multiple databases, need to write tableau programs to develop the templates.
  • Ability to create clear concise reports with supporting analysis.
  • Maintain and update the status on various reports. ( Daily, weekly and monthly) Prepare annual reports for your assigned section, TCS department and Senior Management.
  • Prepare the Weekly, Monthly reports from the quality tracking tools such as QCS, Warranty, GCAR.


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University or College degree required
  • Minimum of 5 plus years of quality related experience at a professional level, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Tableau, (Programming exp an asset) Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look Up, Macros, Slice) Access, PowerPoint and mainframe applications a must. Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and/or Hadoop would be beneficial
  • Ability to prepare reporting and present the information clearly to teams across Nissan North America. (NNA)
  • Bilingual French (Oral and written) is required
