On behalf of our client in the Automotive Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Bilingual HelpDesk - English/French - ServiceNow.

Bilingual HelpDesk - English/French - ServiceNow – Job Description

  • Technical Support over the phone various Internal client and properly document every step that was done to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Report Any trends to other colleague so that issues are escalated as quickly as possible
  • Keep up to date notes / documents /email that are being sent on a daily basis

Bilingual HelpDesk - English/French - ServiceNow – Mandatory Skills

  • Any certification related to IT support over the phone is nice to have
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Call Centre or computer customer service
  • Must have French fluent Speaking and strong English writing (This is a French Help Desk Support over the phone, Ticketing is done in English)
  • Service Now Ticketing System – Must be able to Multitask while taking a call (documentation of everything that is down during the call)
  • MS Outlook / internal messaging on a daily basis

Bilingual HelpDesk - English/French – ServiceNow – Nice to Have Skills

  • Serenova Phone System (any previous usage of any other phone system is a plus)
  • Remote Access / VPN token and SoftToken understanding is a plus
