BILINGUAL AGENTS NEEDED!

Our client located in Ajax is looking for 10 bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a contract position starting immediately.

What is the job?

* Shifts between the hours of 8:30am - 8 pm, Monday - Friday
* Pay rate - $16.50/hour plus 4% Vacation Pay
* Communicating with customers in both French and English via telephone, email and chat
* Responding to customers' queries regarding account and billing

What you bring to the table:

* 1 year customer service experience in call center with proven ability to make customers feel at ease and comfortable
* Proficiency in both French and English
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office
