Classification: Secretary/Admin Asst - Executive

Compensation: $28.50 to $33.00 per hour

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, REVENUES Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, you will be a key member of our team, helping to bridge the gap between our operational and administrative support and our ever-changing revenue-generating activities. You will provide insightful internal support in a very dynamic, fast paced environment where processes are being developed on the road should excite and motivate you. To excel in this role, you will be friendly, flexible and an initiator of customer relations also able to communicate at all levels with all types of people. In support of revenue generation activities: ? Provide flexible, responsive and personalized operational and administrative support to all income generating teams; ? Process all customer invoices on an ad hoc and accurate basis in accordance with billing requests and contractual agreements; ? Maintain receivables in accordance with objective corporate standards by ensuring timely collection of all revenues; ? Keep an up-to-date record of all careless accounts by preparing various accounts receivable reports and letters; ? Ensure the completeness of billing by conducting in-depth studies of all contractual agreements; ? Respond to customer inquiries by reviewing contracts and invoices for discrepancies and making necessary adjustments; ? Analyze the profitability of various revenue-related activities by preparing individual income statements, including revenues minus costs; ? Generate, coordinate and distribute sales reports; ? Maintain records and update computer databases, using, among other things, the Sales Force tool; ? Conduct research in support of income generation activities; ? Perform any other related tasks. In support of advertising sales activities: ? Maintain records and update computer databases for all advertising and related sales contracts; ? Follow the booking, confirmation and delivery of the advertisement; ? Prepare affidavits and invoices for delivery advertising campaigns; ? Coordinate commission payments; ? Reconcile the sold campaigns against the performance report; ? Coordinate the setting up of digital self-promotional campaigns in liaison with the marketing team; ? Perform any other related tasks. ? Excellent communicator, verbal and written ? Must be effective in listening to, understanding and clarifying the concerns expressed by employees and clients. ? Strong organizational and prioritization skills ? Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet multiple deadlines ? Analytics with strong problem-solving skills ? Advanced knowledge of MSWord, MS Excel, PowerPoint and databases; ? Ability to work in an environment that encourages the multitasking approach; ? Understanding the confidentiality required in this position; ? Ability to set daily and longer term priorities; ? Flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances; ?
