We’re currently looking for a Bilingual Account Services Representative to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for monitoring all consumer, dealer and vendor correspondence handling and response including insurance tracking, insurance total loss and Quebec loan billing.         
  • Verifies all documentation (e.g. release, correspondence, accounting items, statement of accounts, etc.). Letters are confidential and contain detailed information and accuracy must be verified.        
  •  Verifies all Insurance documents and works with third party vendor when a mutual customer does not have updated records.
  • Monitors all adjustment processing on loans or leases, due date changes, rewrites, loan auditing, credit bureau updates, transfers of equity, substitutions, parking tickets, extensions and banking information changes and all other account adjustments and changes.
  • Monitors the processing of all retail and lease payoffs, terminations, customer payments, insurance collections on physical damage and total loss, return items, account research, account adjustments, bills of sale and Gap Claims.       


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required. University or College Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years years experience in the area of customer service and administrative duties relating to automotive finance or with a financial institution.
  • Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, the Symposium call system, as well as a good comfort level adapting to new computer systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shaw, Lemans, FYI and AFS.   –anasset.                       
  • Must be organized, have good time-management skills, be able to multi-task and have good analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Bilingual French/English is required.
