Our client has over a 20 year history of success which has transpired into several clinics located in Edmonton and Calgary. As they align for the future, there is an opportunity to add Associate Dentists. Based in Edmonton or Calgary the successful individuals will have an opportunity to partner with a company who has a passion for people and business. If you are a proficient Associate Dentist with skills in General Dentistry and looking for an opportunity to make a difference for your clients this could be an opportunity for you!

Your Challenge

As the chosen Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth initiatives. In collaboration with the corporate office and other team members, you will assist with the clinical successes. Accountabilities will include:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a dental office
  • Certificate or Associate's Degree
  • Licensed and in good standing with the provincial licensing
  • Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community; Team player
  • Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, quick response/accurate data entry to present treatment plans to patients in a short time frame
Your Background 
  • The successful candidate for the Associate Dentist position will have a robust level of experience in general dentistry. Ideally someone should have a minimum of 3 plus years’ experience. Preference is for you to be licensed and in good standing with the provincial licensing of Alberta. Associate Dentists with DDS from an accredited university in Canada, the United States, or Australia will also be considering.
