Notre client une entreprise familiale en pleine croissance à deux minutes de la gare d'Anjou recherche un(e) assistant(e) administrative bilingue et motivé(e) !

Notre client offre:

Notre client recherche une personne capable de prendre en charge ces tâches:

Assistance administrative 60-70%:

- Assurer le suivi particulier des commandes et soutien administratif d’un client majeur
- Répondre aux appels entrants lorsque redirigé vers son poste et prendre les actions nécessaires suite à ces appels: saisie de données, oranisation de rendez-vous ect.
- Apporter un soutien aux autres membres de l’équipe lorsque demandé
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives
- Entretenir la relation fournisseurs
- Aider au recrutement lorsque nécessaire et possible

Soumissions 30-40%:

- Répondre aux appels d’offres municipaux et en faire le suivi
- Préparer divers types de documents, tels que des soumissions commerciales
Job Requirements
- Anglais et français excellents (tests prévus)
- Fort intérêt pour la rédaction
- Esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à s'adapter aux charges de travail fluctuentes (heures supplémentaires à prévoir sur une période donnée récupérable après)
- Suit Microsoft Office intermédiaire
- Adobe acrobate intermédiaire
- Avantage (atout)
