Talentcor Professional has partnered with one of Alberta’s leading Owner Managed Private Commercial Real Estate Company in search of an Assistant Property Manager. This role is a great stepping stone for someone whose career path is to move into a Property Manager role in the future. The bulk of their property managers have been promoted internally. In this exciting role you will be responsible for providing care of the buildings various amenities and working with tenants to provide the best work space possible. You will maintain strong tenant relationships and approach all tenant issues in a timely and professional manner delivering the highest level of customer service. You will work with the Property Managers to clarify any issues and work together to find the best solution. In addition, you will work with the Property Administrators to coordinate moves and inspections and follow up on the successful completion of operational work. Assistance with budget preparation and monthly and quarterly reports will be required.

To qualify for this role you will bring a minimum of four years of Commercial Property Management experience. Completion of post secondary education will be required. Preference will be given to those candidates that have completed, or are working towards, an RPA designation. You will need to be a self-starter and bring superior customer service and relationship building skills.
