This position reports into the Manager of Business Transformation Services or designate and will be responsible for developing the application roadmap that includes planning/design and future development/delivery of Innomar Patient Support Programs and Enterprise Applications.


This is a crucial position with high expectations that the individual who fulfills this role will have acquired the skills and capabilities to navigate across the organization to gain insight into existing and future direction of our business model. Using his/her communication skills they build trusted relationships that deliver value to the business. Project leadership is an expected outcome as they translate business requirements into application and infrastructure deliverables.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the Design process for Application Software
  • Produce technical documentation relating to Application Architecture
  • Leads various SDLC tasks and deliverables, from requirements to design, testing procedures and solution deployment
  • Defines application standards and delivers processes to maintain such standards
  • Ensures technical solutions meet architectural requirements
  • Validates solutions provided or created by developers 
  • Leads integration activities across multiple platforms and multiple software packages
  • Performs critical evaluation and selection of software and hardware components required to deliver application performance
  • Supports the development of detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/program development
  • Supports the evaluation and selection of development methodologies and tools
  • Codes, tests, debugs and documents complex programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user requirements
  • Develops and maintains application design, program specification documents, and proprietary web applications
  • Develops and maintains the integration layer of systems
  • Identifies and resolves application programs in order to provide continuous business operations
Provides technical application leadership and training for team members
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years’ experience as a Solution/Application Architect on various platforms, including .NET, Mulesoft, Java, Salesforce, and including disciplines such as Web, SAAS, Middleware, and others
  • Demonstrated Architecture experience on major projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Thorough understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to use good judgment in conveying project status and problem escalation
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
