Are you looking for a full time permanent  office position in the Iroquois - Cardinal - Morrisburg area?
Do you have  2+ years experience competently using the following: Quickbooks, MS Office suite (particularly Excel), working with data bases?
Would your colleagues describe you as a 'go getter', someone who takes initiative and runs the office like you own it?
Do you like to work independently, and can make decisions based on  using your spidey sense, not just common sense?

There is company in Iroquois in the automotive support industry that provides a unique service to the trucking industry who is looking for a permanent full time Office Administrator professional to join a growing operational team. 

The ideal candidate is:
  •  fluently bilingual in french & English
  • has 2+ years experience working in an office environment 
  • experience or knowledge of using Quickbooks
  • experience doing  basic book-keeping, AR/AP
  • working with data bases etc.
  • can work independently

What you will be doing:
  • working a small office of 9 staff in a industry that supports the international  trucking industry
  • invoicing, AR/AP, keeping the office organized administratively
  • working independently - no one will micromanage you!
  • handling incoming calls, interacting with clients across Canada & the US, ensuring the office runs smoothly for the owner

What's in it for you:
  • salary range of $40,000 to $43,000 to start
  • Monday to Friday office hours (ideally 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.)
  • if you live in Iroquois, Morrisburg, Cardinal, Prescott area you will have an easy commute to work every day!
