Compensation: $25.18 to $29.15 per hour

OfficeTeam is seeking a results-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to fill a long-term, temporary-to-full-time, position in the Ottawa area! This position requires the performance of various administrative and office support duties including, but not limited to, maintaining operational databases, proofreading reports and data verification, answering routine enquiries and preparing a range of correspondence. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant must have great problem-solving skills and have a passion in providing outstanding support.

This position entails: *Providing administrative and basic research support *Maintaining operation and research databases *Responding to basic research requests - providing information as needed *Proofreading documentation and reports *Creating various documentations *Booking meeting rooms and coordinating catering requests *Supporting and collaborating with other administrative assistants

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following: *Must be bilingual - both official languages *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required *At least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience *Certificate or diploma in Office administration *Skilled in internet research *Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills *Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
