Classification: Accounts Payable Clerk

Compensation: DOE

You can develop your career as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Administrator in Fraser Valley. This role's duties will require you to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. What you get to do every day:
- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
- Support the AP and Finance Department by completing administrative tasks
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
- Complete full-cycle A/P function for a group of companies
- Process intercompany transactions, GL reconciliations, and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful Accounts Payable Administrator will bring with them:

- General familiarity with Excel Formulas and Intermediate functions
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Expense Account experience preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) experience required
- Experience with Post Payments, GL reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Deep understanding of account reconciliation and international currency transactions
- Excellent customer service
