What you'll be doing as our new Account Manager:

  • Lead collection of multiple data types (i.e. transactions, orders, inventory, etc) from retail and distributor customers, for the purpose of reward program reconciliation
  • Monitor import and integration of data as above into system following strict validation and QA processes, along with other Data Solutions Team members, in order to adhere to Team Objectives (ensuring Data Accuracy, Integrity, Cleanliness and Uniformity)
  • Collaborate with Data Management colleagues to evaluate effectiveness of system processes against optimal efficiency, and execute flawless implementation of resulting enhancements
  • Oversee calendarized data cleansing activity (mapping data to customer, identifying and deleting duplicates, analysing and filling gaps)
  • Retain existing relationships with retail and distributor customers; coach staff on phone etiquette and positioning to optimize customer experience
  • Steward the Data Submission Program by providing reporting on data integration metrics (e.g. % imported and by which method) and analyzing metric values to identify ways of increasing web-based submission and validation
  • Manage customer, product and end user profile data
  • Supervise a team of 2 permanent and 5 seasonal staff; understand division of roles and allocate workload constructively
  • Work effectively between Account and Development Teams to ensure that data is collected, linked and displayed in an accurate, timely and consistent manner
  • Maintain Business Rule Documentation and Training Manuals as ‘living' documents that evolve with changing business needs and roles
  • Collaborate with other departments to deploy monthly program-related email communications, working with our Client to adjust content based on evolving business objectives and requirements

Education that will help you succeed:

  • Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Science, Mathematics, Economics or Business
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
