We are seeking a data-savvy professional who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have speedy and precise typing skills and impeccable organization? Then apply today for this great Data Entry Specialist opportunity! This long-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Abbotsford, British Columbia area. What you get to do every day - Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources - Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems - Survey reports and sheets of data - Sift through websites for information - Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product - Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
Job Requirements
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Excellent typing accuracy - 3+ years of related experience - Internal communications experience preferred - Microsoft Excel experience - Comprehensive knowledge of data entry - Order entry experience preferred
