Assistant - Institutional Portfolio Management
On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is currently searching for a Assistant - Institutional Portfolio Management.

Assistant - Institutional Portfolio Management  Job Description:

• Supporting Institutional Portfolio Manager’s by producing quarterly/monthly client reporting, maintaining accurate records in our CRM tool (Salesforce), and other adhoc tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and distribution of Institutional client reporting documents and slides (monthly, quarterly and on request)
  • Creation and maintenance of power point presentations
  • Utilizing and becoming proficient in use of various tools and systems (FMC, Salesforce, Coric)
  • Responding to internal adhoc requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate client records in our CRM tool

Assistant - Institutional Portfolio Management Mandatory Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • The ability and desire to learn new applications.

• Attention to detail

• Able to learn new applications

• Some financial knowledge (bonds,stocks)

• Can-do attitude

• Experience in Financial industry

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with salesforce, FMC, or Coric (CRT)

• Experience supporting a Portfolio Manager in an Asset Management firm

• Education in finance or business (CSC, Claritas, etc)

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail.

• Team player that also has the ability to work independently.
