We are actively seeking Payroll Administrators who are readily available for temporary/contract positions with our clients throughout Calgary.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Processing semi-monthly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Preparing and maintaining payroll/benefit records
  • Reconcile, file and remit monthly/quarterly/annual payments
  • Processing ROE’ sand garnishments
  • Responding to phone calls, emails or employee walk-in inquiries regarding to payroll discrepancies
  • Verify new hire information and data changes in payroll
  • Assist with preparation of year-end tax forms including T4s and all other regulatory reporting
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
 



  • 3+ years experience in a similar position
  • PCP designation is considered an asset but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively communicate within a team as well as providing great customer service.
