Talentcor is collaborating with one of our Manufacturing Clients - a global leader in their industry, to place the position of Marketing Manager.

This is an ideal role for an experienced Marketing Manager who has created and implemented Marketing strategies from the ground up, who is a driven, has sales/ business development experience, with an advanced understanding of the agricultural industry (a MUST have).

Responsibilities:
  • Managing all of the company's marketing initiatives and using market research and analysis to direct a strategic marketing plan
  • Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  • Direct and promote the brand to create strong brand recognition
  • Reports marketing and sales results to senior executive
  • Collaborate with Sales to define high-value customers - understand their needs and purchase decision process; deliver differentiated strategy across the customer lifecycle to meet their needs
  • Must be flexible to accommodate international travel to connect with clients and marketing needs
  • Collaborate with upper management consistently to understand the full marketing needs of the business in order to stay on target
  • Lead and manage a team of product marketers to ensure the success of product placement and adoption
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and oversee launch processes for new product launches, and deliver differentiated messaging and product positioning
  • Develop customer segmentation – identify target segments, their needs and purchase decision process, develop value proposition and sales mix strategy for each segment
  • Educate the company, on competition and market/industry trends to influence the Product Roadmap
  • Architect and implement the strategy for pricing, messaging, packaging, promotion and selling of our products
  • Serve as an ambassador for our products through leadership-driven content and event participation



  • Agriculture/ farming knowledge/ background is Mandatory; manufacturing would also be an asset
  • 6+ years of Marketing and Sales Experience
  • Post-Secondary degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills to develop and maintain customer relations
  • Keen eye for detail with a business development mindset
  • Ability to identify the needs of the department and to work independently and efficiently and implementing strategies and programs
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the successful growth of the department and company
