We have a number of ongoing opportunities throughout the Calgary region for HR Administrative Assistants with 1+ years of experience. Responsibilities would typically include: * Respond to any inquiries via phone or email * Assist the recruitment team as needed * Assist with onboarding new employees * Data entry and maintain accuracy of database * Compose and post job opportunity advertisements * Manage email inbox and ensure swift correspondence * Collect and validate credentials and certificates * Handle confidential information with discretion * Manage electronic documents * Record minutes * Ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
Become an integral part of the team as a HR Administrative Assistant with our client in Calgary.
