PENSION ADMINISTRATOR – put your skills to work!

Our client, a well established Calgary based company, is seeking a Pension Administrator to join their organization. Responsibilities will include, among others; handling a high volume of incoming queries via phone and e-mail, preparing member documentation with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, participation in off site meetings as required, resolving issues through communication with members and business partners, annual benefit activities including the preparation of annual statements, and the ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
The successful applicant will have 3+ years of experience with pension administration and a demonstrated proficiency with interpretation and application of policies and or legislation, as well as working knowledge of MicroSoft Excel and MicroSoft Word. The selected applicant will be required to complete a training course in pension administration. Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
