IT - Support Coordinator - Advanced Level
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a IT - Support Coordinator - Advanced Level for a 19 month contract contract in Strathcona, AB.

IT - Support Coordinator - Advanced Level Job Details

  • Support business in an Enterprise environment, with distributed locations, dealing with items remotely.
  • Perform changes according to change management best practices.
  • Provide overall IT infrastructure Projects coordination, which involves multiple local and global groups to complete assignments and projects.
  • Create and review documentation/process as required (i.e. Transition documents from Project to Steady Operations state)
  • On call a possibility
  • Travel may be required.

IT - Support Coordinator - Advanced Level Must Have Skills

  • PC, Server experience: installing and cabling servers, troubleshooting, and asset management
  • Network infrastructure experience: Cisco and Juniper routers and switches experience
    Tape Management/ Offsite Storage Procedures, Data Center operations- Problem management and process skills
  • Good analytical and communication skillsWell versed in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiar with MS Suite including SharePoint/ portal development would be an asset
    Dell/HP Server hardware, SAN, Tape backup.
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills
