We are currently accepting resumes from organized and customer-service oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a Finance Coordinator at our head office located in Edmonton.


As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative workflow of financing, leasing, lien and insurance documentation for all Calmont Leasing locations.  You will be expected to work within time limitations and in conjunction with policies to maintain positive relationships with finance companies.  Some job duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Processing lease documentation from inception to completing, including customer invoicing, file auditing, liens and insurance.
  • Submit financing for the lease fleet which includes assisting with financial audits.
  • Processing, booking, and auditing all sales deals.
  • Processing commissions for lease/sales deals for review by Finance Manager.
  • Occasionally reception coverage.
  • Other duties as required



Job Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related administrative or customer service experience.
  • Previous automotive leasing or dealership experience considered an asset.
  • CDK experience considered an asset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
