Agilus is seeking a Project Manager for our client located in the Fraser Valley. The client is a well-known construction company and specialized in residential, commercial and ICI projects across North America.
The Project Manager will be responsible for running 2-4 projects concurrently from start to finish. You will report to the Director of Construction and will have 1-2 project coordinators reporting to you. This role will require you to develop project scope of work, budgets and ensuring all documents are in place before project start. You will review all project documents, plans, specifications, preparing the project master schedule and monitoring and updating the schedule as required.
To be successful in this role, you have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Manager role. You have excellent attention to detail as you will be creating project financials, budgeting and scheduling. You have worked on one of the following: residential, commercial or ICI projects. Lastly, have experience using Procore.
