Key responsibilities

- Cost estimating

- Preparing bid proposal pricing that includes building packages, subcontractors, accessories, equipment rentals, etc.

- Reading and understanding architectural and engineering plans and specifications

- Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents

- Creating Purchase Orders

- Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules

- Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

- Producing content for social media and marketing

- Scheduling

Job Requirements

Requirements include:

- 3 + years of experience in Project Coordination related to engineering, construction and sales

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

- Experience with project management software, i.e. Microsoft Project, Zoho software tools and QuickBooks

- Background working with sales analysis & reporting

- Construction estimating and costing experience highly desired

- Corporate Social Media experience highly preferred

- Previous experience preparing bid proposals

- General familiarity with Purchase Orders

- Strong analytical skills

- Be detailed, flexible, and organized
