Agilus Winnipeg is recruiting for junior to intermediate level Administrative Assistants.
- Answer and direct telephone calls with impeccable etiquette
- Schedule client appointments and provide excellent customer service
- General administrative duties (filing, data entry, sorting mail, maintain databases)
- Coordinate meetings and work schedules using online system
- Prepare letters, memos and other correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
This role is a temporary position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative setting
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Exceptional attention to detail required
- Ability to creatively problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- High school completion required
- University or college preferred
