Are you a receptionist with at least 2 years of experience?  Are you looking to up your game?

We have a client who is looking for a polished receptionist to join their team. 

You will be the first point contact at this wonderful Downtown Vancouver property development office located steps away from Burrard station.

You will be working for a company whose main philosophy is to create a superior standard of living for their clients that is built around their lifestyle and dreams.

About you:


•         You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)


•         You have at least 2 years of reception experience


•         You are a quick learner


•         You have some experience in real estate (preferred but not a requirement)

Your duties:


•         Answering calls


•         Welcoming clients


•         Arranging meetings


•         Ordering office supplies


•         Data Entry


•         Other general admin duties

Compensation:


•         $40k with 2 weeks vacation


•         Paid time off between Christmas and New Years


•         Paid MSP and great Health Benefit Plan


•         5 sick days per year

Hours are Monday to Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM
