Our client is looking for a highly professional administrative assistant to join a small, close-knit team.
Wage: $17 per hour
Hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
You will be providing administrative support to the President, Office Manager, and Coordinators. You will be the first point of contact–you’ll be greeting, assisting visitors on the phone, in the office, and online. This role will also be assisting with daily office needs and general administrative activities.
- Organize couriers, faxes, general incoming emails, pick-up and distribute mail
- Open and close the office
- Provide admin support to the office team, including: scheduling appointments, reservations, travel arrangements, maintain spreadsheets, monitor email, and perform research as needed
- Assisting with meeting set-up and takedown, preparation, and food and beverage arrangements
- Reviewing and coding of invoices
- Arranging suppliers and office services, make venue and catering inquiries
- Provide on-site assistance at Association events as needed
- Very professional manner
- 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
