OfficeTeam has a rewarding career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Agent in the growing Insolvency industry. This full-time Team Lead - Customer Service position could be for you, if you're available to work in Toronto, Ontario.

How you will a Customer Service Agent make an impact;

* Perform administration tasks as assigned, like data entry, follow up calls for upcoming or rescheduling appointments, communicating with the client via email, etc
* Keep a track of the inbound calls and provide prompt resolutions for the satisfaction of clients
* Have a clear understanding of organization’s services, procedures & guidelines and communicate them to all team members
* Promote a strong working relationship with team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
* Ensure efficient and timely response to the enquiries of the existing clients on the status of their file.
* Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time etc.
* Keep team members aware of incoming or waiting calls, abandonment rate etc. and encourage them through positive feedback
* Assist team member with any questions or queries
* Keep a healthy ongoing communication with the potential clients via email and text
* Ensure achievement of weekly team targets

Job Requirements

* 4-5 years of prior customer service experience
* Proven skills with managing small teams of people
* Excellent customer service and listening skills
* Willingness to show committment and dedicaiton towards the job
* Must be a team player with a previous team leadership experience
* Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills, both verbal & written
* Detail oriented and organized
* Assisting the client to book an appointment and managing multiple calendars
* Strong relationship building skills; able to manage multiple relationships
* Excellent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Highly motivated with a strong desire to motivate others
* Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
* Previous experience working in a call center or financial industry would be an added asset
* College diploma needed.
