Our manufacturing client is looking for a dedicated customer service champion to join their team. The organization is growing rapidly and this is an exciting opportunity for Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist looking to take the next step in their career.

As a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist, your responsibilities would be, but not limited to;

* Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer orders and file documents accordingly
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
* Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
* Process Customer Returns and RMA’s

Job Requirements

* College diploma in business related field preferred
* 2 years customer service/inside sales experience
* Experience with ERP systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
* Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details and handling prioritization
* Can work independently or as part of a team
